Making Piñatas

サマーパーティのゲームで使うピニャータを作っています。新聞紙をのりで風船に貼り付けました。

※ピニャータはメキシコの子供のお祭り（誕生日など）に使われる、中にお菓子やおもちゃなどを詰めた紙製のくす玉のことです。

We started making pinatas for our summer party games. Today we pasted the newspaper on the balloon with glue.

Pinatas are shaped ornamental paper stuffed with toys and snacks used in Mexican festivals and birthdays. Hung from trees, they are beaten by blindfolded children until they break open and the toys and snacks fall out (similar to the Japanese suikawari).
