Summer School – Week 3 : Solar System

今週は、太陽系の中で私たちがどのような場所にいるのかを学ぶため、星々への旅に出かけました。歌を歌ったり、自分たちで太陽系のミニチュア模型を作ったりしながら、惑星の名前を覚えました。また、惑星を使って自分たちの王冠を作ったり、ロケット作って打ち上げたりもしました！

サマースクール最後の週、みんなで宇宙を飛び回り、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。

This week we took a trip to the stars to study about our place in the solar system.  We learned the names of the planets by singing songs and making our own miniature models of the solar system.  We also made our own crowns using the planets, and built and launched out own rockets!  We studied life in space by watching NASA videos of astronauts eating aboard a space station, and practicing moving in space by entering a swimming pool in their space suits.  A good time was had by all flying through space during our final week of summer school.
